Sanuk Games welcomes trainees with good skills in their fields and English proficiency. Because we look toward a relationship with mutual benefits, we have to ensure that trainees can catch up with our activities and working environment.
Therefore, there is a selection process with an interview and a test, just as there is for employees. Our trainees receive a salary of 8,000 Bahts per month.
We don't view trainees as not-so-useful-but-cheap people. As soon as they get in, they get their hands on a project and they face the same challenges as Sanuk Games' staff.
A traineeship at Sanuk Games is a good way to kick-start a career and build a résumé with valuable experience. We also use traineeships to spot good profiles for future hire.
We welcome trainees in the following fields:
Trainees must have a good knowledge in C++ and Java, and a hobbyist experience in developing games.
Trainees must have a technical background and superior English language skills, as well as a good knowledge of games.
Trainees must have a good knowledge in Photoshop, Max or Maya, along with a hobbyist experience in 2D or 3D art.
